  • Yes! Powerhaus classes are accessible to all fitness levels. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications and guiding beginners through their first class. We recommend starting with a powerBUILD or powerDOWN class as they have a slightly slower pace, allowing for more hands-on coaching.

    An excellent alternative is also a Specialty Trainig Program in a small-group setting such as POWERBALANCE. Inquire about current programs.

  • Your first class will start with the trainer introducing the class format and demonstrating the exercises, followed by a warm-up. You'll then pick a starting station and work through the circuit under your coach's guidance. We end the class with a cool-down and stretch.
    Expect to feel challenged but supported! You can take breaks, slow down, and use modifications as needed.

  • The ideal frequency depends on your fitness goals, but most members achieve the best results by attending 3 to 4 classes per week.
