powerGRIND is a specialty training program designed to develop strength, stamina, and mental resilience through intentional hybrid training.

This is where structured strength work meets endurance-based conditioning, built to help you perform better in training, in sport, and in life.

What is powerGRIND

powerGRIND blends structured strength training with running-based intervals and functional conditioning to build a strong engine and durable muscles at the same time.

Rather than focusing only on lifting heavy or pushing conditioning, powerGRIND develops both qualities together. Sessions are thoughtfully designed to challenge you physically and mentally while remaining coached, scalable, and sustainable.

This is training with purpose, not random fatigue.

Who powerGRIND is for

powerGRIND is ideal if you:

  • enjoy athletic-style training with structure and intention

  • want to feel stronger, fitter, and more resilient in everyday life

  • like being challenged both physically and mentally

You do not need to be training for a competition. All movements and intensities are scalable, and coaching is prioritized throughout the session.

Program Details

Day/Time: Saturdays, 8.30 - 9.30
Start date: April 11, 2026
Duration: 5 weeks
Investment: $199 for full 6-week program / $45 drop-in if space allows
Bonus for those signed up for all 5 weeks:
* Access to Personal Training Studio for Open Gym (Mon – Fri 1 pm to 4 pm)

* End of Session Mock Competition

powerGRIND takes place in our Personal Training room and is coached by Zophia. Sessions are capped to ensure quality coaching, smooth flow, and a focused training environment.

This setting allows for proper strength work, efficient transitions, and individual attention throughout the class.
