Our specialty training programs are for those who want to go deeper — to focus, refine, and strengthen specific areas of their body.
Each six-week series meets once a week , alternating between:

  • powerBOOTY: lower-body focus

  • powerUP: upper-body focus

Both programs offer hands-on coaching, progressive programming, and a motivating team environment that helps you achieve visible, measurable results.

    powerBOOTY

    powerBOOTY is a targeted lower-body strength program focused on glute and leg development, posture improvement, and injury prevention. You’ll learn proper movement mechanics, build power where it matters most, and develop lower-body strength that supports your performance in and out of the gym.

    Your coach provides hands-on feedback and personalized guidance in an encouraging, high-energy atmosphere that keeps you progressing week after week.

  • Upper body strength training

    powerUP

    Unlock Your Upper Body Potential

    powerUP combines the ultimate upper-body strength duo — pull-ups and bench press — with accessory work to balance, strengthen, and sculpt. Each session focuses on form, control, and measurable progress in a motivating, results-driven environment.

    Whether your goal is your first unassisted pull-up, a stronger press, or simply a more powerful upper body, this small-group format provides the structure and support to make it happen.

    NEXT PROGRAM STARTS NOVEMBER 2.

Note: powerBOOTY and powerUP alternate every 6 weeks. When one wraps up, the next one begins.
