What to Expect: Alternating bursts of strength + cardio exercises that keep your mind and body engaged throughout the entire class. 

Burn is a full-body circuit-style class that combines cardiovascular and muscle endurance training in a metabolic conditioning format. Tapping your body’s metabolic pathways (not to mention muscles and heart) at a high level, we achieve a high output and boost your metabolism to continue torching calories long after you leave the studio.

powerBUILD

What to Expect: A full-body workout based on compound exercises, complemented with core and accessory work which changes for every class.

Build classes are designed to build functional strength and lean muscle mass. Utilizing a variety of equipment, exercises, and progression methods we ensure your body is challenged in different ways to allow for continued progress. We spend 5 minutes on each exercise. This gives us ample time to perfect technique and to build up to push heavier weights more safely.

powerMIXER

What to Expect: a full-body workout that hits all three fundamentals of fitness: strength, conditioning and mobility.

The class targets strength, conditioning and mobility by dedicating 1 minute to a mobility movement, 1 minute to a strength movement and 30 seconds to cardio interval work. We spend 5 minutes at 1 station allowing us to achieve 2 sets of mobility, strength and cardio before moving on to the next series of movements.

Mixer classes deliver a unique combination of exercises that are guaranteed to challenge your mind and body in ways you have not experienced before.

powerDOWN

What to Expect: slow controlled movements with lots of intention and integrity. Most exercises will be performed body weight but we might include resistance bands, yoga blocks or tune-up balls. 

powerDOWN classes give you the perfect dose of slowing down and tuning up all at once. We ease tension in joints and muscles while correcting movement patterns and expanding active ranges of motion. This class will support your recovery, improve mobility and help reduce risk of injury. It’s the ideal complement to your powerhaus training.
